Online Training programs can be tedious and 'brain frying' for the person who is technologically challenged. Program creators need to make their training short and to the point. Add graphics for the auditory learner plus creative sound effects. This will hold the person's attention and make the training less tedious.
Training program creators - think about it!
We must move with the times - technology is supposed to make the life of the 'average person' easier not more complicated.
